Offer

We receive inquiries and reservations via the form on our website, via e-mail at info@apartman-bojic.com.hr, or on the telephone number 0981839618. After confirming the availability of the apartment at the desired time, we will send you an offer to your e-mail address.

The offer contains the total price and the amount of the advance payment, expressed in euros, for accommodation in the apartment Bojić in the requested period. The offer is valid for 24 hours.

Booking

The apartment is reserved in the desired period after the payment of an advance in the amount of 30% of the total price. According to the calculation in the offer, the advance is paid in favor of private landlord Ante Bojić. →

 

Please send us the payment confirmation within 24 hours of payment. The reservation is valid at the moment when the advance payment is visible in our bank account, after which we will send you a confirmation of the reservation.

 

The remaining amount up to the total value of the accommodation is paid by the guest on the day of arrival in cash, or no later than 15 days before arrival by payment to the specified IBAN. If the paid amount does not reach the bank account by the time the guest goes on vacation; the guest is obliged to send Apartment Bojić a confirmation of the completed bank transaction (SWIFT). Please note that SWIFT payments can take up to five days, and that payment must be visible in our account before your arrival.

 

Note: At the time of booking, the guest must be at least 18 years old. The costs of the bank transaction are borne by the guest in full.

Reservation cancellation

The guest is obliged to send us any change or cancellation of the reservation in writing via e-mail at info@apartman-bojic.com.hr. Reservations can be cancelled up to 15 days before arrival free of charge. For cancellations 15 to three days before arrival, we retain 30 percent of the advance payment amount and return the rest of the payment to your account. For cancellations up to three days before arrival or non-arrival we retain the full amount of the payment.

Changes and Cancellations

Apartment Bojić reserves the right to accommodate a guest in another (equal or larger) apartment if in the meantime there are unexpected problems like water spillage, pipe rupture, power outage, or any other similar reason.

Furthermore, Apartment Bojić reserves the right to change or cancel the reservation in case of force majeure (e.g., war, threat of war, demonstrations, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist attack, government/presidential/parliamentary decisions to close borders, to ban leaving the country of residence, to prohibit any travel outside the country, and other similar circumstances). In case of force majeure, we will refund the amount you have already paid to us in full.

 

 

What is included in the price?

The rental price includes tourist tax and the Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, electricity and gas, water, equipment and appliances, towels, bed linen, soap, and dishwashing detergent. Although the price includes final cleaning, please leave the apartment clean and tidy, as you found it. Free parking, barbecue facilities, and a garden are available on-site, and you use them on your own responsibility.

 

 

Use of the apartment

The apartment will be available from 2 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure. Only those guests who are registered on arrival are allowed to stay in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.

 

 

House Rules

Guests are required to observe house rules during their stay:

  • Smoking in the apartment is not allowed (allowed on the balcony), and organizing parties and stays of more people than agreed will be considered a violation of the rental conditions.
  • Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the apartment, and the host is not responsible for their possible disappearance.
  • Guests are responsible for their behaviour in the house and its surroundings, and in the event of an accident, they bear the consequences.
  • When leaving the apartment, guests must lock the door, close the windows, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove, etc.) and turn off the water.
  • The host has the right to enter the apartment in special circumstances in the absence of the guest to prevent possible damage or danger.
  • Guests are prohibited from destroying equipment and furniture, causing riots and disturbing other guests, and in particular from making noise from 2 pm to 5 pm and from 11 pm to 7 am.
  • It is not allowed to bring weapons, explosives, and flammable materials into the apartment.
  • The use of equipment and devices that are not part of the offer of the apartment is allowed only with the consent of the host.
  • If there is disappearance or damage to the installations, furniture, appliances, and equipment of the apartment, the guest is obliged to inform the host. If the disappearance or damage was caused by the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the appropriate equivalent.
  • It is forbidden to take out devices and equipment (towels, blankets, etc.) from the apartment.
  • The lost key is charged in the amount of 20 €
  • In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the host has the right to cancel the guest’s further provision of services.

 

 

Privacy

We protect your privacy. We will not provide third parties with information about your stay in the apartment. However, we have a legal obligation to provide your personal and residence data to the police (for non-EU guests) to regulate your stay in the Republic of Croatia and to the tourist board to calculate the residence tax. We use your data exclusively to book accommodation and register your stay in the e-visitor system.

A guest who declines to give a valid identity document for a legally binding tourist registration may be denied access to the apartment without the possibility of refunding the amount of rent paid for it.

 

 

Jurisdiction of the court

All possible disagreements will be resolved amicably by mutual agreement between the guest and the host. Otherwise, they are subject to the decision of the competent court in Šibenik, and the applicable law will be Croatian law.

 

 

Remark

By confirming the reservation and paying the advance, the guest acknowledges and fully accepts these Rental Terms and Conditions published on the website Apartment Bojić and undertakes to comply with the rules stated in these Rental Terms and Conditions.

These Rental Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
